Behavioral Health Rehabilitation Services

The purpose of this position is to encourage and empower the consumer to make informed positive choices and learn independent living skills that will promote self-sufficiency. Our case managers can help by teaching and practicing life skills, problem solving skills, and social skills that will help the consumer become more independent.
